Return Policy/Information

Before returning one of our products to the store, please contact our Customer Service department by calling us at 1-800-845-9236 or via email at info@kidkusion.com. We stand behind all of our products and are here to resolve any issues you may have. Customer service can provide helpful instructions, guidance, and more, so please let us know first if you need any assistance.

Anything purchased from our online KidKusion store can be returned within 30 days. Should you need to return something, please give us a call at 1-800-845-9236 for instructions on how to do so.

KidKusion Return Policy

All internet orders placed for products sold on www.kidkusion.com carry a 30 day return policy. Products must be in their original package, UNUSED, and accompanied by receipt. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, for the purchase price only. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-845-9236. Please note this warranty policy is for purchases made on www.kidkusion.com only and does not affect purchases made through other retailers. Contact that specific retailer for their return policy. Any product that received free shipping and is returned will be reimbursed at cost paid, less 15% restocking fee.

Driveway Guard Warranty

KidKusion will repair your unit free of charge for up to 6 months from the date of your purchase, if the unit is defective in workmanship. To claim your repair, the product must be returned to KidKusion, along with your receipt. This warranty does not apply to normal wear or damage from misuse, abuse, handling, installation, accident, or unauthorized alteration. Driveway Guard may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund less shipping cost. The unit must be in the original package, UNUSED, and accompanied by receipt. A refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Returned product that does not meet warranty specifications will be returned to customer at customer expense.

*Warranty does not apply to the purchase of second hand products or products puchased through websites offering open box product.

Refusal of Delivery

If an order is refused, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs and any other costs for sending back to KidKusion.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to KidKusion due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redlivery cost.

Order Cancellations

Once you place an order our system begins processing. Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, please call us at 1-800-845-9236 during normal business hours and request your change. We will make every attempt to stop the order from being shipped. Once the order is in transit we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. Please note that KidKusion can only refund shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
