Does the job
This product does what it says it will. It looks nice with the brick on my fireplace. It has already proven itself useful as both of my 9 month olds have fallen and bonked their head on what would have been a hard edge. They were cushioned and didn't cry a bit.
Works well, gets the job done
We have a stone fire place and a one-year-old. I was looking for something to put over the hearth to avoid my monkey son from getting injured on the stone. All the full hearth pads and cushions I found were over a hundred dollars. I found this tape to be a much cheaper way to go. While it won't cover the hearth surface, it does cushion the edges, which are the most dangerous part and my biggest concern. So far it's worked wonderfully. The pads have stayed firmly attatched no matter how many times a day he pulls himself up to stand at the fireplace hearth. I'm glad I bought this. I have peace of mind without breaking my budget.
Easy to install
The cushion is very easy to cut and attach to hearth. It stays in place very well
